The Women's Center Period Act
A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
In 2019, the Student Association at SUNY Oswego drafted and passed a resolution that required the institution to allocate funds each semester to provide students with free menstrual products in bathrooms. The bill includes that menstrual products are to be provided to every women's, and gender-neutral restrooms, as well as in one-third of all men's restrooms on campus.
