With each semester, students are billed for a sustainability fee. This fee goes towards expanding sustainability efforts on campus as well as supporting student workers in the Office of Sustainability.

A brief description of the multi-stakeholder decision-making process used to determine which projects receive funding through the sustainability projects fund:
The entirety of the sustainability fee is distributed to apply to all consistent and upcoming sustainability initiatives. Funding to support future and current sustainability initiatives is decided and agreed upon through many stakeholders within the Office of Sustainability, colleagues in other departments and offices, and campus administrators.
