Capital construction projects on state-owned land at ESF are designed and constructed under the authority of the State University Construction Fund and SUCF's Program Directives including:
= Directive 1B-7 - Energy, Sustainability, LEED and Executive Orders
According to Directive 1B-7, all construction projects should reuse, recycle, and/or salvage nonhazardous construction and demolition (C&D) materials from multiple waste streams equal to a minimum of 50% by weight of the total project C&D waste.
