The Sustainability Division manages the ESF Sustainability Facebook account and also posts information as needed on the College's daily Campus News internal email publication.

Signage has been installed at the following locations on campus: Illick rain garden, Gateway Center green roof, no mow zones, Moon Library flexi-pave walkways, and Baker Lab solar panels.

ESF's Admissions Office produces a comprehensive Campus Tour Manual for Student Ambassadors and Tour Guides. The target audience for these tours are prospective students and their families. The Manual features many sustainable features on campus, such as:
- Gateway Center: LEED Platinum, green roof, solar panels, natural ventilation, radiant floor heating, lighting occupancy sensors, natural day lighting, triple paned glass windows, recycled materials, rain gardens and combined heat and power system
- Walters Hall: green roof and PV panels
- Baker Lab: solar PV system, recycled building materials, natural lighting, stormwater recover system
The Sustainability Division intends to expand upon this list and create a virtual sustainability walking tour during 2021.

A brief description of the guide for green living and/or incorporating sustainability into the residential experience:
ESF student sustainability interns created a number of Off Campus Green Living Guides during 2019. These guides feature information about sustainable transportation, opportunities to eat at restaurants that source local ingredients, how to transition to a low waste lifestyle, environmental justice and more. See compiled guide below in the Optional Fields file section.
The College is in the process of renewing is website. The Sustainability Division website has been completely overhauled during this process. It is anticipated that the new site will go live in mid 2021. The Green Living Guides will be featured in the Get Involved On Campus and Off Campus sections of the website
