A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Sustainability is included in new employee orientation as a stand-alone training element. All aspects of sustainability and the College's sustainability initiatives are covered. Orientation did not occur in 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic; however, the Sustainability Division has confirmed with the College's Human Resources Office that sustainability staff members will be invited to present at all future orientation events.
