There are not very many contracted workers on campus. There are construction staff from contractors that perform services associated with new construction of buildings, but they are not entitled to in-house compensation rules and can be omitted per instructions.

The living wage of $20.40 was the MIT 2 adult, 2 child living wage for Delaware County in January 2022, which is the living wage upon which current compensation is based. Compensation will be updated for the start the 23-24 Fiscal Year based on continued increase of the living wage.
