Yes

A brief description of the bicycle sharing program:
The Syracuse University bike-share program was piloted from 2012-2014 and officially implemented in Fall 2016. Bikes are allowed to be checked out for the day and have to be back at the location before 11 am the next day. Bikes can be checked out for full weekend use. Our bike-share program also offers two adaptive cycling bikes for people who cannot ride a standard bike. https://news.syr.edu/2016/09/free-bike-share-program-puts-students-behind-the-wheel-43930/

ZipCars are located among six different campus locations. The program has been in place for five years, grows every year, and experiences high levels of use during the academic year. The University also has a ride-share program through Zimride.

Yes

A brief description of the incentives for fuel efficient vehicles:
The electric vehicle charging stations are placed on the first floor and near the exits in our parking garages. The parking in these space is free for the EV's.

We use Charge Point charging stations.

SU has a Guaranteed Mortgage Program for all employees willing to purchase housing within designated areas, all of which are within walking distance of campus or of free bus service to campus. Purchasers must agree to use these properties as their primary residences.
