Xignux Challenge:
 
Xignux Challenge 2024 in its sixth edition seeks to identify the next generation of socially responsible leaders, who will have the opportunity to develop and implement proposals and actions to address the challenges of the 2030 agenda.
2024 priorities: Energy, Nutrition, Education, Development, Environment.
The objective of Xignux Challenge is to serve as a platform for expression for undergraduate students from any academic program in the various campuses of the Tecnológico de Monterrey to find innovative solutions to address the challenges of the 2030 Agenda. Through this initiative, Xignux Foundation offers to support the most innovative proposals with seed capital to put their ideas into action.

Are there processes or tools in place to assess the success of the applied learning projects?:
No

Description of the processes or tools used to assess the success of the applied learning projects:

Each participating team must commit to establish an alliance with an NGO or a local small business for the implementation of their project. During the implementation period, the winning project will be monitored and the results will be disseminated in publications by both Xignux and the Tecnológico de Monterrey

Evaluation process:

● Creativity. The proposal demonstrates differentiating elements. ● Project desirability. The proposal must fulfill a user need.

● Technological feasibility. The proposal is technically achievable.

● Financial viability. The proposal is economically self-sustainable. 

● Sustainable impact. The proposal must demonstrate a clear impact on the challenge's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

● Originality of the proposal. It must not infringe on the intellectual property of a third party and/or similar ideas already in existence.
