A brief description of how weather data or sensors are used:
The irrigation systems are almost 100% automatically controlled. Irrigation is scheduled on a daily basis based on individual needs. The irrigation system is divided into smaller areas (currently numbering 23) and each one schedules as environmental and operational conditions dictate. The systems also have automated shutoffs when 0.3 inch of rain is measured.
