HR Employee & Organizational Development offers training classes, workshops, programs and resources to all employees. Categories of trainings include Employee Orientations, Employment Law, Leadership/Management/Supervisory, Professional and Personal Development, Technology, and Seminars. Specific workshops on sustainability topics include creating a paperless environment, bridging the gap: the multigenerational workplace, lost in translation: navigating intercultural communications, developing cultural competence,creating a discrimination-free workplace, fostering respect, and diversity and inclusion.
