A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
The total natural gas consumed on campus was 2,221,015 mmBTU. Of this, 1,828,325 mmBTU was burned in units that have a Continuous Emissions Monitoring System that calculates the NOx, SOx, CO and PM. The remainder was calculated using the "Potential To Emit Calculator for Boilers and Emergency Engines" published by the EPA.
Optional Fields
134,340
Metric tons of CO2 equivalent
Gross Scope 2 GHG emissions from imported thermal energy (location-based) :
0
Metric tons of CO2 equivalent
