A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):
Living Well cultivates employee wellness and engagement through three programming areas:
• Healthy Living: Find joy with food, fitness, and fun.
• Family & Community: Team up to make us better together.
• Personal Interest: Connect and share your passions.
Wellness programs built by employees, for employees - which means Living Well is a vehicle to be in service to one another - whether you are a full-time employee of the university or a partner who supports the university's mission. We want to connect employees who are so integral to higher education's mission with friends and colleagues from all over campus, provide resources that add value to the lives of their families and loved ones, and opportunities to be leaders at work and in the community outside of the university.
