Employee Resource Center & MyLifeExpert Program
A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
Ohio State has assembled an online portal for all staff & faculty members to serve as a home for all resource available to employees. Employees can choose to chat or call a counciller for immediate assistance or set up a scheduled 30 minute call. Additionally there are other resources made available to employees regarding daily living issues - such as legal/financial, child care, pet care, housing services, education, elder and adult care, and more.
