In autumn 2020, The Ohio State University implemented a $15-per-hour minimum wage for regular and term staff employees, including Communications Workers of America bargaining unit staff. Temporary jobs were not included, with the exception of patient care associates and internal resource pool positions at the medical center. Students who work in staff positions were included. Positions classified as student jobs were not included.
