To date, these are about the capital project delivery process. They are in the process of being developed and implemented. A draft is attached. They include, among other things, stating goals for sustainability from the outset, in the procurement process; having a collaborative process; life cycle costing; doing an energy/carbon budget; collecting energy and greenhouse gas data in the planning phase.
