Tufts offers several opportunities for training around DEI, which employees are encouraged to participate in, additionally, the office discusses DEIJ readings/videos/podcasts in all-staff meetings that include both faculty and staff.

Yes

A brief description of events, projects, or initiatives during the previous year developed in collaboration with the DEI office/program and/or organizations that support underrepresented groups on campus:
We work with the DEI office on Juneteenth events and work with the FIRST center (which supports first generation, low-income, and undocumented populations) to provide resources students may need, such as dorm supplies and professional clothing.
