The wellness area has articulated processes between all areas of the institution, with which programs and actions that address people in their integral dimension are promoted and coordinated.
There is a wide range of programs, benefits and measures for the development of the human talent of the institution in search of competent, productive and satisfied collaborators; and students fully trained through processes related to: physical activity, sports, recreation, human education, university social promotion, artistic and cultural development and the promotion of healthy lifestyles, impacting the university community and your families.
All these processes contribute to enhancing human capacities, manifest in the institutional educational project, generating relationship dynamics, coexistence and a sense of belonging among the members of the university community.
In addition to being an internationally certified university in the efr model, we offer measures for students and employees that contribute to conciliation, well-being and balance between the personal, family, work and academic dimensions.

We have a drug prevention policy. This explicitly prohibits the use of any type of advertising, marketing strategy, use of badges or logos that allude to or promote the consumption of illicit drugs, tobacco and alcohol at Universidad CES. In addition, it is established in accordance with Law 1335 that the university is a smoke-free space.
