The student educators receive a direct formal training class to class in which what they learn and create a project based on what they learn. They are inspired by the conference Route to Sustaitability where real problems in different communities in Mexico are presented and the students take the challenge to find a solution through the semester with the help of their professors.

Business students work in four of their courses to develop a Entrepreneurship program to help people in poverty. Then the student has contact with communities that have poverty problems. Works with them and helps them to achieve a Business plan to channel their products.
