This activity has been performed since August 2010 on Thursdays from 5-7 pm. There is also a compost pile that produces fertilizer for the organic garden. There are two periods of seeding one during spring- summer in January-February for tomato, cucumber, green beans, melons and squash. The other period during autumn - winter performed during September planting lettuce, spinach, onions, beets, carrots and aromatic herbs such as basil, oregano and thyme.
