Yes

A brief description of the student sustainability research program:
A high-performance co-curricular course called Research Assistant Training. Offer created for students to actively participate in a research work registered by a titular researcher and selected by him. Students have to fulfill 7 hours a week to complete the activities and responsibilities assigned by the researcher to promote the development of essential knowledge and skills in the scientific area. One of the areas of study that researchers have aligned with students is in the sustainability themes. Besides learning and working with a professor, students get credit for their work.

Yes

A brief description of the faculty sustainability research program:
The University of Monterrey promotes the participation of the university community in research through different calls focused on various topics to receive project proposals capable of addressing real problems and generating new knowledge, scientific products, and possible applications. Research projects are open to members of the institution to participate. While it is not tagged as sustainability, the projects focus on air quality, mobility, emissions control, among others.
