A brief description of the institution’s formal participatory or shared governance bodies:
Student council. It is the highest body of student representation; is responsible for ensuring the needs and interests of all students at the University of Monterrey. In addition, they must promote the sense of belonging to UDEM and coordinate the Student Senate. https://www.udem.edu.mx/es/vive/grupos-estudiantiles
Student Senate. It is the body supervised and guided by the FEUDEM, which is in charge of identifying the needs and concerns of students to manage proposals for improvement before the university authorities.
