A brief description of the program:
Club de plein air L’AVAL was founded in 1971 to bring together nature lovers and provide opportunities for them to canoe, hike, back country and cross country ski, telemark ski, bike, snowshoe, and participate in other special activities in the greater Québec City area. Most outings take place on weekends and holidays.
The club advocates for the protection and conservation of natural sites and their inhabitants.
