A brief description of the purchasing behavior:
All napkins used in dining halls are made of 100% recycled content and 90% post-consumer content. They are produced using a bleach-free process and they are Ecologo and Green Seal certified. The napkins used for catering are also Ecologo certified and are therefore made of a high content of recycled material.
