The university has a local sustainable development sponsors network. Faculty and department heads designate a liaison to work with the employees and management of the administrative unit as well as the university’s Office of the Executive Vice Rector for Sustainable Development.

A brief description of the formal training that the employee educators receive (1st program):
Members of the local sustainable development sponsors network receive training during follow-up meetings with the sustainable development team. These meetings are held once a semester to present and explain sustainable development initiatives to network members so they can share what they learn with their peers. Informational emails are also sent out from time to time.

Our six-expert sustainable development team is the network’s go-to resource. The network’s operating expenses are covered by the Sustainable Development Fund.
