This degree is designed for professionals specializing in the environment and, more specifically, in the conservation and sustainable management of natural environments. The hands-on multidisciplinary applies principles of ecology and natural resource management to maintaining, enhancing, and restoring biodiversity, taking into account community needs in terms of living standards and quality of life.

Sustainable Development Certificate

Sustainable development is a major social concern that cuts across an array of disciplines. Eleven faculties work together to offer this 30-credit program. The only course of its kind in Québec, the multidisciplinary program covers the three pillars of sustainable development: environment, economy, and society. Skills developed include critical thinking, practical knowledge of the main tools for measuring sustainable development, and a better understanding of the challenges arising from sustainable development.
