Employees are afforded a number of sustainable development training opportunities each year.
Employees can take sustainable development training offered by the Vice Rectorate of Human Resources (e.g.: “Go Green in Your Routine at Work and in your Unit,” “Print Better, Print Less”) or customized to their unit. Employees can also take credit courses and read the tips and info on healthy lifestyle habits offered by the Mon équilibre UL program. Also available to employees is the MOOC (massive open online course) in sustainable development offered free by Université Laval. A MOOC onresponsible management as been added in 2019.

To learn more about sustainable development, employees can also register for individual training paid for by their unit or by one of UL’s various training and professional development committees. The university reimburses 100% of all training costs.
