In the Summer of 2011, we finished the new Office of Environmental Sustainability ("UAlbany Green Scene") web page. While we had a website previously, this new website is more visually appealing and contains more information about the office, our events and programs, and sustainable practices and regulations on campus. From our greenhouse gas inventory to our student group activities, it's all on the website.

The Office of Environmental Sustainability releases a Sustainability Bulletin on a monthly basis during the academic year and once during the summer. The Bulletins contain information about programs and events that occurred in the recent months and information about the Office's planned activities in the near future. Also included in the Bulletins is information about the University's progress on its sustainability goals and answer commonly asked questions about sustainable practices on campus.

We have two brochures, Freshmen's and Transfers' Guides to Sustainability at UAlbany, that cover this issue for incoming students, and also have other materials such as brochures and fliers with Conservation tips for on-campus living and more generic "Green Living Wheels" with tips and ideas for sustainable living both on and off campus. We also have brochures that discuss best practices for recycling and conserving energy on campus.
