The University provides a generous benefit package to full time employees. The Western New York area is also an affordable area to reside in terms of housing, consumables, transportation, etc. In addition the University seeks to attract, retain and motivate competent personnel along with a generous benefit package and above average working conditions, ensuring that employees receive an overall sustainable wage.
