Results from the Staff Climate Survey assess the campus climate from the staff perspective. The survey also touches on staff’s level of stress, satisfaction with their institution, and work-related experiences as staff members in postsecondary institutions.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
The survey results for the 2017 Staff Climate were released September 2018. The data is currently being assessed to determine appropriate course of action. The results will be reviewed by Human Resources, Staff Assembly, and Office of Campus Climate. The Campus anticipates a plan to address the results by Spring 2019.
