The lowest paid full-time total annual salary on our campus is $35,500.48 and the salary of the highest compensated senior administrator is $437,750. The factor by which the total compensation of the highest compensated senior administrator exceeds that of the lowest compensated full-time employee is 1:8 which is below the 1:15 ratio. The salary of the highest compensated administrator was divided by the salary of the lowest paid full-time salary.
