Lewis dining hall, Crown/Merrill dining hall, Porter/Kresge dining hall, and Rachel Carson/Oakes dining hall. Each one of these dining halls have been green certified by the third party California Green Business Network and shown on the interactive map listed below in the website URL box. This certification takes into account all the sustainable activities undertaken throughout our dining operation, such as composting pre- and post-consumer food waste, organic food, and LEED certified renovations.
