All LEED BD+C buildings from the past five years (2019-March 2024) have been accounted for in this report, however, minor renovations were not. Square footage of minor renovations is not readily available and is negligible in scope as the university major construction projects must be LEED certified.
The UCF Roth Athletic Center BD+C project (LEED Registered) and John C. Hitt Library Expansion BD+C project (LEED registered) were excluded from total floor area, as certification for these buildings is pending, in accordance with this credit's Timeframe parameters.
