UC has many such resources. For example, the Cincinnati Pride Grant, which is available for graduates of Cincinnati Public Schools (in or after 2002) who have not attended college after high school graduation (or who are direct transfers from Cincinnati State Technical & Community College after attending direct from a CPS high school). In combination with federal, state and institutional aid, the CPG equals the full cost of tuition and a book allowance for those graduates of Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) admitted into University of Cincinnati academic programs who might not otherwise be able to afford a college education.has many such programs and resources.
Another scholarship, the Darwin T. Turner Scholarship, is available for incoming freshman from an underrepresented group.
