UC's pay rates are competitive, but the scale and pace of inflation in 2021 and 2022 have presented challenges for UC as for many organizations.
Permanent employees are eligible for benefits package, including the Employee Assistance Program and Tuition Reimbursement. (Some are eligible for full benefits, including health care, paid time off and retirement savings accounts.)
