A brief description of the metering system:
All major campus buildings benefit from submeters for all utilities (electricity, water, steam, gas, and chilled water). The campus' main co-generation plant is the primary consumer of natural gas and gas usage and electricity production are metered.
Our Building Automation System (BAS) also provides trend analysis of energy consumption which allows more insight to individual building performance.
