A brief description of the policies and/or guidelines to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources:
We are under Federal regulations to acquire 75% of our fleet accusations alternatively fueled. We have a vehicle monitoring program in place. This device allows us to monitor how the fleet is been operated and how we might gain fuel efficiencies, and in turn, mitigate the damage of air pollution from our mobile sources.

None
Has the institution completed an inventory of significant air emissions from stationary sources on campus?:
Yes

None
A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
As per our title V permit we are required to keep a database or spreadsheet with an inventory of all the emissions CU cogen plant produces. We test, calculate and monitor the following pollutants; CO, NOx, PM10, SO2, CO2, VOC. We also report to the state’s Air Pollution Control Division in Denver, a regulatory state agency.
