Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) is the confidential, on-campus mental health and psychiatric services for students. The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is dedicated to serving the emotional and psychological needs of the campus community. FSAP services are free to all CU Boulder faculty and staff members. University of Colorado at Boulder’s Employee Assistance Program is a confidential service designed to provide assistance to faculty and staff for personal or work-related concerns that may interfere with job performance. The EAP program provides Short-Term Counseling Services, Work-Life Services, Consultation, Workshops and Seminars, Crisis Intervention Services, and Resource and Referral Services.
