Using 2013 as a baseline year allows us to span the previous STARS reporting period of 2014, giving a snapshot of change since before and after that report.

The University of Dayton Facilities Department coordinates workplace safety, environmental health, and risk management programs. These programs include over forty programs ranging from general everyday safety such as ergonomics to specific safety such as radiation; developing a culture of safety; and ensuring appropriate policies are in place.
