A brief description of the review process:
As sections were completed, the reviewers did a first review of the sections using the STARS Review Template to check common errors and make comments. As comments were addressed, responses to the reviewers were recorded in the same spreadsheet. Finally, the reviewers re-reviewed the sections that had pending comments and addressed any remaining issues prior to updating the final status in the spreadsheet. Meetings between the reviewers and those compiling the report were held frequently in the last few weeks of the review process to discuss comments.
