Internal changes between departments at UD led to more accurate record keeping beginning in 2016. Using 2016 as the baseline provides a better representation of performance than using previous years.

These programs include over forty programs ranging from general everyday safety such as ergonomics to specific safety such as radiation; developing a culture of safety; and ensuring appropriate policies are in place.
