-Learning and Teaching Forum: a one-day workshop offered to all faculty and staff. 2021 sessions included "using campus as lab" to meet campus sustainability challenges.
-University of Dayton Wellness Program Lunch and Learns. 2019 - 2021 topics include safe biking, Renewable Energy at Home, Native Pollinators, Native Plants, community Resilience planning
-Inclusive Excellence Academy: Since 2019, sessions increase intercultural knowledge and identity awareness and equip attendees with knowledge and skills to develop long-term, sustainable initiatives for the creation of inclusive learning and working spaces.

The University supports facilities management, auxiliary services, and operations staff to attend LEED, AASHE, composting, outdoor recreation, and local food development workshops.
