In 2006 our current vision, values, mission, and goals were established. This guiding document informs our annual and multi-year planning processes, which are updated every year. In the planning process for the coming year the University funded in the base operating budget the new DU Center for Sustainability, as a part of implementing our mission to "contribute to a sustainable common good." The annual planning document -- the Proposed Operating Budget, including the plan for the Center -- was submitted and approved by our Board of Trustees in June 2011.
