A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
Staff engagement survey was administered in spring 2011. The results are in the process of being shared with the University's administration and will be shared with the community shortly.
Annually faculty are surveyed to evaluate administrators and the results are reviewed by the faculty senate. This September an additional engagement survey is being administered.
