A brief description of the campus climate assessment(s) :
Most recently, conducted a campus wide climate assessment survey in Spring 2012; it asked about all affiliates's in relation to feeling welcome, feeling excluded and instiutional resources re: diversity. Additionally, 3 task forces are nearly finished with assessment and suggestions re: Status of Women, Status of People of Color, and Student Climate; and a new Task Force on Diversity, Inclusion and Equity will build on these reports in early 2015.
