Yes, online orientation specifically talked about sustainability in the realms of mindful mobility options on campus and waste reduction specifically in regards to sustainable living practices in dorm rooms. A thrift store was also offered during orientation week, put on by the Center for Sustainability. Transfer students also participated in this orientation.
Online modules talked about wellbeing and included environmental well-being as a part of this. 10 tips for waste reduction and 10 tips on mindful mobility were outlined, a link to the University's value and goals around sustainability was given, and stress what put on what the university offers to help students in their sustainable living practices on campus.
