The Center for Urban Agriculture and Sustainability at UHD and the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service - Harris County organize a urban food conference at UHD every summer that covers a wide range of topics related to urban food production. UHD provides space for the event free of charge and receives free spots for students who want to participate in the conference.
