University of Houston is partnering with the famous Houston gardening organization 'Urban Harvest' to offer on-campus classes and panel discussions. Class topics include planting spring and summer vegetable gardens, fruit tree classes, permaculture basics, starting home, school, and community gardens, and pruning; some classes are offered at reduced-price to students.
