UI building coordinators receive training on a regular basis (quarterly) on the UI recycling program. The building coordinators are responsible for then providing information to their building occupants.

The program includes education on: 1) the importance of recycling - why recycle?; 2) how the UI sort-free recycling program works; and 3) how to support and increase recycling in buildings. Building coordinators are provided posters, FAQ sheets, a Powerpoint presentation and, in some cases, collection containers.
