Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
Accurate data about EPEAT certifications on the equipment UofL purchases are difficult to come by as our suppliers do not provide this information. We do know, however, that all Apple products purchased by UofL are EPEAT Gold Certified and an approximate spend on Apple products for 2017 is $1.4 million. Additional computer purchases in 2017 include: Personal computers purchased through Amazon: $6,885.97 Computer Equipment purchased through Amazon: $20,477.39 Computers purchased from Dell: $600,000 Computer Equipment purchased from Dell: $100,000 Computers and Computer Equipment purchased from Lenovo/Connection: $874,333.84 We are unsure of the EPEAT status of these non-Apple products, but a cursory search of the EPEAT registry (https://epeat.sourcemap.com/) did not provide any matches to non-Apple products UofL purchased in 2017.
