At a dozen locations around campus, UofL collaborated with the Louisville Water Company beginning in 2014-15 to install large, professional signs over bottle filling stations promoting the environmental, health, and financial benefits of choosing tap water over bottled water. The signage was refreshed with new messaging and themes in 2019. Similar signage had previously been installed a number of UofL Athletics facilities.
